经行发热是妇科常见病,历代医家对此多有论述,见证不同治疗多有不同。本文主要就导师陈莹用补肾活血法治疗经行发热的经验进行介绍。陈莹教授从医30余年,临床经验丰富,师古而不泥古,治疗妇科疑难杂病颇有心得,在治疗经行发热方面独具匠心,屡获捷效。我有幸随师临证,受益良多,本文主要介绍陈教授治疗经行发热的辨证思路及处方用药。
