摘要
本文通过对青海民族大学学生进行深入访谈,探讨了青海地区汉族青年对少数民族文化的逆适应问题。认为在高等教育阶段不仅要对少数民族大学生进行跨文化教育,而且还要对不同年级的汉族学生施以不同的教育措施,以引导汉族大学生的文化逆适应向更加理性的方向发展。
To study the type and development stage of Han youth' s reverse acculturation in Minority cultural background. Methods : 757 Han youth lived in Qinghai were surveyed by the Crosscultural Adaption Scale. The data was analyzed by One-Way ANO- VA. 20 students selected from Qinghai University For Nationalities were studied by the In-depth interview. Results : There are different in the reverse acculturation between attitude and behavior. It performance as integrationattitud and separationbehavior, and more surface-acculturation than deepacculturation. The distrubution data of emotion of cross - cultural shows a V-curve. But the con- sciousness of cross-cultural was gradually increased. With the growth of the grade and age, the distribution of consciousness and emo- tion about cross-cultural became equiphase. It is not enough to make cross-cultural education in Minority students. We shoud use dif- ferent methods to teach Han students in different grades in order to make the reverse acculturation more and more rational.
