摘要
大学生是一个特殊群体,他们正处在体格和智力发展的关键时期,这个时期的膳食是否科学合理、营养,摄入是否充足、均衡,对其一生的健康及综合素质都有很大的影响。文章就当前大学生膳食中存在的主要问题进行了分析,并从开展健康教育、高校对食堂监管及大学生自我改变三方面提出了相应的改善策略。
University students are a special group in a crucial period of the development of physique and intelligence. A scientific and reasonable diet and a sufficient and balanced nutrition assimilation would considerably help buiht up their health and overall quality. This article has analyzed the chief shortcomings in the present meals for the university students and suggests colTesponding improvement by means of health education, supervision over school dinning halls and the university students self-change of their habit
