The CPC has scored great new achievements in China＇s socialist modernization because she has still placed a highly premium on the productivity of science and technology.The establishment and launching of independent innovation strategy are inevitable for China＇s future and destiny which shows major strategic issues,and in the process we should put emphases on the road of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics in strategic status,targets,implications and measures.
