高校强化经济合同管理防范财务风险的实践研究

Practice Research on Strengthening the Management of Economic Contracts to Prevent the Financial Risks in Universities

由于高校目前在经济合同管理、签订方面缺乏法律意识、缺乏统一性,这使得高校遭受到了不必要的经济损失,并影响到其自身的发展。因此本文认为为了防范高校的财务风险,就需要加强对高校经济合同的管理并且建立科学的经济合同管理机制,从而保证学校教学、科研事业的正常发展。

Universities have been suffering from unnecessary economic loss,which has produced negative influences on the development of universities,due to a lack of legal consciousness and unification in the current signing and management of economic contracts.This paper argues that,in order to prevent the financial risks in universities,universities should strengthen the management of economic contracts and establish a scientific management system of economic contracts,thus guaranteeing the normal development of teaching and scientific research in universities.
