热疗联合顺铂、替吉奥治疗进展期胃癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Progressing Gastric Cancer Treated by Cisplatin Combined with Tiji'ao Jiaonang(Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium Capsules)

目的:观察进展期胃癌,特别是ⅢB和Ⅳ期的晚期胃癌患者术后全身化疗加局部热疗的近期疗效、不良反应及安全性。方法:41例进展期胃癌术后辅助化疗患者于第1天静脉顺铂30 mg.m-2.d-1,替吉奥(S1)80 mg.m-2.d-1,分成2次口服,第1～14天,第1天顺铂静滴结束2小时后及第4天各行一次腹部体表射频区域加热热疗,持续60～75 min。每21天为1个周期,治疗4周期后评定疗效。结果:CR 8例,PR 17例,总有效率(CP+PR)61.0%。中位无肿瘤进展时间为6.6个月。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制,消化道症状和口腔黏膜炎。结论:腹部区域射频热疗联合顺铂+替吉奥(S1)治疗晚期胃癌疗效较好,毒性可耐受。

Objective： Observe progressing gastric cancer,mainly on the recentcuratice effect,adverse reactions and security of stage IIIB and IV advanced gastric cancer patients receiving postoperative whole-body chemotherapy plus thermotherapy.Methods： 41 patients with progressing gastric caner received postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy,ith day 1 vein 30 mg·m-2·d-1,latin,S1（Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium Capsules） for 80 mg·m-2·d-1,twice,orally.During day 1 to day 14,2 hours after vein drop of cisplatin on day 1 and day 4,abdominal thermotherapy on the superficial radio frequency ablation area,respectively,lasting for 60～75 min.21 days is a cycle of treatment.Evaluate the curative effect after for cycles.Results： CR 8 cases,PR 17 cases,the total erective rate（CR＋PR） 61.0%.The medium tumor-free survival is 6.6 months.The main side effects： bone marrow inhibition,digestive tract symptoms and oralmucosal inflammation.Conclusion： It has better curative effect on abdominal area treated with radio frequency ablation pluscisplatin＋S1（Gimeracil and Oteracil Porsaaium Capsules） for advanced gastric cancer patients and the toxicity can be tolerated.
