摘要
阐述了侵染花生的几种根结线虫主要致病蛋白的研究进展,包括β-1,4内切葡聚糖酶、纤维素结合蛋白、果胶酸裂解酶和分支酸变位酶等。同时对目前根结线虫的主要研究方法及研究方向进行了概述及展望。
The main pathogenic-related proteins of root knot nematodes that infect peanut were discussed,including β-1,4 endoglucanase,cellulose-binding protein,pectin lyase and chorismate mutase.The current research method and research direction were analyzed.
