木本海棠嫁接技术研究

Studies on the Grafting Technique of Malus spectabilis

分别从嫁接时间、接穗部位、砧木选取以及嫁接方法 4个方面研究了木本海棠的嫁接技术,结果表明:①嫁接时间,在春季树液开始流动后(3-10月)均可进行嫁接,但在夏季高温季节要注意保湿;②接穗部位,以中部枝段嫁接成活率最高,基部枝段次之;③砧木选取,地栽小苗成活率较高,容器苗成活率稍低,大树高接成活率高于90%;④嫁接方法,枝接和芽接成活率均较高。

The grafting technique ofMalus spectabilis was studied from grafting time, scion part, the stock selection and grafting method. The results showed that grafting could be carried out from the spring （March-October）, but should be pay attention to preserve moisture in the summer. The survival rate of scions from central section of the branch was the highest and that from branch base was the second. The survival rate grafted on ground seedling was higher than that on container seedling. The survival rate of topworking exceeded 90%. The survival rate of scion grafting and bud grafting were higher.
