高速导丝器磨损形态的试验研究

摘要 本文通过对导丝器的模拟试验所得的μ-P、μ-V曲线中可看到P、V值增大,摩擦系数μ也随之增大。为了选用寿命高的导丝器,作者对尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙1010、聚甲醛等工程塑料,以不同的配比添加玻璃纤维、碳纤维、铜粉、铅粉等作改性试验。以相似的试验条件,确定μ值小且耐磨性好的材料,并注塑成导丝器到生产实际中进行验证。通过对磨损后试样的扫描电镜观察、分析,在本试验条件下改性工程塑料与40Cr钢之间存在着各种磨损形态。据此为导丝器的材料选择提供依据。作者还认为,应进一步改进注塑工艺以增加导丝器的耐磨性,延长其使用寿命。 In this paper, curves of μ-p and μ-V have been established by a series of simulating tests upon guider. These curves show that value μ increases with the increasse of p or V. A series of experiments on engineering plastics such as nylon-6 and polyoxymethylene etc., incorporating varied amount of additives such as glass fibre, carbon fibre, copper powder and lead powder, are made. As a result of that, same suitable material with low friction coefficient μ and good wear resistance are found and are made into guiders by injection. These guiders are mounted on traverse unit to have a try, and the effects are proved to be a good practise. Some useful knowledges of choosing material of guider have been gained by examining worn samples under electron microscope and by studying the features of worn samples of engineering plastics wearing with steel 40 Cr. Furthermore, the author considers that injection technique of guider must be improved and the question of guider performance must be resolved in order to obtain longer guider life and better wear resistance.
