左旋布比卡因复合地佐辛行臂丛神经阻滞临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察地佐辛与左旋布比卡因复合行肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞对麻醉作用的影响。方法 90例上肢手术患者,随机分为三组。I组为单纯0.33%左旋布比卡因组,II组复合2.5 mg地佐辛,III组复合5 mg地佐辛。臂丛神经阻滞后观察和记录HR、RR、SBP、DBP、MAP、ECG、SpO2,记录感觉阻滞起效与完全起效时间,运动阻滞起效时间,感觉与运动阻滞持续时间;观察恶心、呕吐、嗜睡的发生率及其他副作用。结果各组年龄,性别,体重及手术时间无显著差异(P>0.05)。与I组相比,II,III组感觉阻滞起效时间和感觉阻滞完全起效时间均有明显缩短(P<0.05)。II,III组感觉与运动持续时间均明显延长(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛应用于臂丛神经阻滞可以明显缩短左旋布比卡因的起效时间并延长其作用时间。 [ Objective ] To observe the effect of Levobupivacaine combined with dezocine in brachial plexus block. [ Methods ] Nighty patients with upper extremity surgery were randomly divided into three groups, respectively received 0.33% Levobupivacaine, 0.33% Levobupivaeaine and dezocine (2.5 mg) (Group II), and 0.33% levobupi- vacaine and dezoeine (5 mg) (Group III). The effect time of sensory and motor block, HR, RR, SBP, DBP, MAP, ECG, and SpO2 were recorded during anesthesia and. The incidences of nausea and vomiting, drowsiness were observed, as well as other side effects of the block. [Results] There were no significant differences in age, gender, weight, and the duration of surgery between three groups. The onset and complete of the sensory block in goup II and III. It was faster significantly than that in goup I (P 〈0.05). The duration of sensory and motor block in group II and III was prolonged significantly than that in group I (P 〈0.05). [Conclution] Dezoeine may speed up onset and prolong action time of Levobupivacaine in brachial Plexus Block.
