摘要 目的探讨彩超对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)结局的预测价值。方法 67例不孕症患者于移植日经彩超检测子宫内膜厚度、形态、内膜及内膜下血流分布情况、内膜下血流频谱测值。根据妊娠结局分为妊娠、未妊娠、其它三组,比较组间各项指标差异。根据内膜及内膜下血流分布状况将患者分为A、B、C三组,比较各组间妊娠结果差异。结果子宫内膜下血流阻力指数在妊娠组明显低于另外两组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),三组间子宫内膜厚度、形态差异无统计学意义;A、B、C三组妊娠结果差异无统计学意义。结论彩超检测子宫内膜下血流阻力指数对IVF-ET结局有一定预测价值。 [Objective] To investigate the role of color sonography in the prediction of outcomes of IVF-ET. [ Methods ] The endometrial thickness, echo pattern, blood flow status of endometrium and subendometrium, suben- dometrial blood flow oparameters of 67 patients were detected by color sonography on the day of Transplant. All the patients were divided into pregnancy group, non- pregnancy and other group according to the outcomes of IVF-ET. According to endometrial and sub-endometrial blood flow distribution, all the patients were divided into group A, group B and group C. [ Results ] The resistance index (RI) of subendometrial blood flow was significantly lower then it in the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.01); The endometrial thickness and echo pattern showed no significant differences between pregnancy group and the other two groups. The pregnancy outcomes showed no significant differences among A, B, C three groups. [Conclusion] Using RI of subendometrial blood flow detected by color sonography to predict the outcomes of IVF-ET is valuable.
