Clinical Significance of Healthy Education to Subarachnoid Hemorrhage Patients

目的讨论对蛛网膜下腔出血患者实施健康教育的临床意义。方法通过调查问卷和交谈的形式了解患者及家属对SAH的认知程度,据此进行有针对性的健康教育。结果 92%以上的患者及家属对疾病的临床症状、病因、影响病情的因素、防范措施、用药注意事项、饮食习惯等有了全面了解和掌握。结论健康教育改善了护患关系,使患者及家属能够积极配合治疗,有效减少了并发症的发生,加快病情康复进程,提高了患者生活质量。

[ Objective ] Discussing clinical significance of subarachnoid hemorrhage patients when implementing healthy education. [Methods] Through questionnaires and interviews with patients and their families to understand the cognitive level of SAH, based on this, targeted healthy education were carried out. [ Results ] More than 92% of the patients and their families had a comprehensive understanding and grasp to the clinical symptoms of the disease, the etiology, impact factors, preventive measures of illness, medication attention, eating habits etc. [ Conclusion] Healthy education had improved the nurse-patient relationship, made patients and their families to cooperate with treatment, effectively reduced the complications, accelerated the process of the recovery of the patients, and im- proved the quality of life of the patients.
