摘要
针对某型教练机发动机操纵系统在停车位置油门杆操纵力偏大问题,本文从该飞机改装前后油门操纵结构不同点以及操纵力技术要求着手,进行了油门杆在停车位置的传动关系比较,分析了传动关系变化以及新增的后舱油门杆对油门杆操纵力带来的影响。并通过机上测力试验及操纵力增量数理统计分析,验证了新增的后舱油门杆增大了油门杆操纵力,同时,还开展了操纵力增加对飞机使用的危害性影响分析工作。
This paper compares the transmission relation of throttle lever in engine stop position based on analysis of different throttle control structure and control force techniques before and after modification in order to solve the bigger control force problem of throttle lever for a certain trainer in engine stop position. Then the influence of transmission relation change and newly-added throttle lever in rear cockpit to control force of throttle lever are analyzed. Meanwhile, it is verified that the control force of throttle lever is increased by newly-added throttle lever in rear cockpit after dynamometer check in aircraft and increment mathematical statistic analysis of control force. At last, the analysis on influence of control force increasing to harmfulness of aircraft operation is performed.
