摘要
起落架应急系统是一套独立于主系统的机构,其工作的可靠性影响着飞机的着陆安全。基于某教练机后舱操作应急钢索开锁机构出现卡滞现象,分析了该机构自身构成,以及在飞机机体上的安装布局,提出了优化设计改进方案,改进后机构不发生卡滞,应急钢索开锁机构工作的稳定性增强,可靠性提高。
Landing gear emergency system is a set of mechanism which is independent from the main system. Its operation reliability affects A/C landing safety. Based on the stagnation of the rear cockpit operation emergency cable unlocking mechanism of a certain trainer, analyze the composition of this mechanism and the installation layout on the A/C airframe, put forward the optimal design modification plan. After modification, the mechanism is without stagnation; operation stability of emergency unlocking mechanism is enhanced, and reliability is improved.
