摘要
叙述了焦炉煤气的组分及焦炉煤气作为工业和民用燃料、化工原料在发电以及制备甲醇等领域的应用工艺,指出,焦炉煤气是制H2和还原Fe的优质原料,利用焦炉煤气-蒸汽联合循环发电是焦炉煤气是未来的利用方向,尽管焦炉煤气制备甲醇已经工业化,但规模不大,效率不高,急需创新焦炉煤气局部氧化的新工艺。
In this paper, the component of the coke oven gas (COG) is introduced. As the industrial and domestic fuel, industrial chemicals, the application of COG is elaborated in the realm of generate electricity and methanol synthesis. The result show that COG is quality raw materials for hydrogen manufacturing and reduced iron, the technique of generate electricity by COG is multiple, fuel-steam combined-cycle power is future direction.Though Methanol synthesis by COG has been industrialized, the production scale and the efficiency is modest, local oxidation chemical process of COG is badly needed.
