羟基红花黄色素A对局灶性脑缺血再灌注脑钠肽表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨羟基红花黄色素A(HSYA)对再灌注脑缺血大鼠脑钠肽(BNP)水平的影响。方法随机将成熟雄性大鼠分为假手术组、脑缺血再灌注组、再灌注给药组。三组按时间分为0、3、6、9、12、24、48、72 h、1周、2周10个亚组。应用HE染色观察脑组织病理变化,免疫组化法观察各亚组脑组织中BNP阳性细胞数。结果脑缺血再灌注组各时间点较假手术组BNP阳性细胞数高。再灌给药组较灌注组峰值提前,阳性细胞表达减少,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),测量指标有随时间变化的趋势并且时间因素的作用随着分组的不同而不同。结论羟基红花黄色素A对脑缺血再灌注脑组织有保护作用,其保护机制可能与降低脑水肿调节BNP表达有关。 Objective To investigate the effect of hydroxysafflor yellow A(HSYA)on the BNP level in brain tissue in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats.Methods Mature male rats were randomly divided into false operative,reperfusion and administered reperfusion groups.The last two groups were subgrouped into 0、3、6、9、12、24、48、72 h、1 w and 2 w subgroups according to different reperfusion periods.The false operative group was subgrouped in the same time.Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model was established based on Longa standard.The brain tissues were observed in HE and the cells containing BNP in immunohistochemistry method.Results The cells containing BNP of the reperfusion group was significantly more than those of false operative group at corresponding time point.The peak value of administered reperfusion group was advanced and the positive cells decreased compared to that of reperfusion group(P0.05).The measurement index changed with time,and the factor of time was different in different groups.Conclusions HSYA is valuable in protecting brain from harm in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats.It is probably related to decreasing cerebral edema and adjusting the expression of BNP.
