经关节突保留椎弓根入路手术治疗胸腰椎椎间盘损伤 被引量:1

摘要 目的评估经关节突保留椎弓根入路行胸腰椎椎间盘切除、椎体间融合、短节段固定治疗胸腰椎椎间盘损伤的临床效果。方法本研究自2008年6月—2010年6月,共收治胸腰椎椎间盘损伤病人7例。诊断明确后经关节突保留椎弓根入路行椎间盘切除、椎体间融合、短节段固定术。结果从脊柱序列、椎间融合、神经恢复、背痛四个方面对病人治疗效果进行评估,评估显示经关节突保留椎弓根入路治疗胸腰椎椎间盘损伤可获满意效果。结论经关节突保留椎弓根入路是治疗胸腰椎椎间盘损伤理想的治疗方法。 Objective To assess clinical outcome in a consecutive series of patients with the thoracolumbar intervertebral disc injury undergoing transfacetal pedicle-sparing approach discectomy and interbody fusion with posterior short segmental fixation.Methods From June 2008 to June 2010,seven patients with the thoracolumbar intervertebral disc injury were included in this study,After diagnosis,transfacetal pedicle-sparing approach discectomy and interbody fusion with posterior short segmental fixation were performed.Results The outcome of the study was evaluated with regard to spinal alignment,interbody fusion,neurologic recovery,back pain.The assessment showed that operation of the thoracolumbar intervertebral disc injury by transfacetal pedicle-sparing approach can achieve Satisfactory clinical results.Conclusions transfacetal pedicle-sparing approach is an option for thoracolumbar intervertebral disc injury.
