A High speed TTL output Constant-Fraction Discriminator（CFD） is introduced.The Discriminator provides both CFD timing and ARC（Amplitude and Rise time Compensated） timing.The transmission delay is only 22ns,and the max burst rate is 100MHz,and the Constant-Fraction shaping delay can be seted internally.It provides optimum time resolution over wide ranges of pulse amplitude and rise time.The electrocircuit is simple,and the cost is cheap,and it is easy to make and use it.
