鼻渊舒口服液联合布地奈德对慢性鼻窦炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effects of Nasosinusitis Relieving Oral Liquid Combined with Budesonide on Chronic Sinusitis

目的:评价联合用鼻渊舒口服液和布地奈德治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效和安全性。方法:105例I型慢性鼻窦炎病例,随机分为甲、乙、丙3组,甲组39例联合应用鼻渊舒口服液和布地奈德喷雾剂,乙组35例单独服用鼻渊舒口服液,丙组31例单独应用布地奈德喷雾剂,均连续应用30 d。记录治疗前后的症状和体征并进行量化评估,比较其疗效和安全性。结果:甲组有效率明显高于乙组和丙组(P<0.05)。药物治疗副作用包括胃肠胀气、胃酸,甲组出现4例(10.26%),乙组出现3例(8.57%);以及鼻部干燥感,丙组出现5例(16.13%)。结论:Ⅰ型慢性鼻窦炎患者首选鼻渊舒口服液联合布地奈德进行治疗,其疗效优于单一的药物治疗,而且药物的副作用小,安全性好。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of Nasosinusitis Relieving Oral Liquid combined with Budesonide on chronic sinusitis and its safety.Methods： 105 cases with chronic sinusitis in type I were randomly divided into three groups： group A（39 cases） with Nasosinusitis Relieving Oral Liquid combined with Budesonide,group B（35 cases） with Nasosinusitis Relieving Oral Liquid,and group C（31 cases） with Budesonide.The courses of treatment was 30 days.The scores of symptom and sign before and after therapy in three groups were recorded and evaluated,and their therapeutic effects and safety were compared.Results：The effective rate in group A was markedly higher than that in group B or C（P0.05%）.The side effects included flatulence and sour regurgitateon in 4 cases（10.26%）of group Aand 3 cases（8.57%）of group B,and dryness in nasal cavity in 5 cases（16.13%）of group C.Conclusion：Nasosinusitis Relieving Oral Liquid combined with Budesonide is the first choice for treating chronic sinusitis in type I with less side effect and better safety,its therapeutic effect is superior to those with simple medicine.
