摘要
以硝酸铈为原料,柠檬酸为燃烧剂,采用燃烧法制备纳米二氧化铈粉体。考察了反应物配比,不同焙烧时间和焙烧温度对制备纳米二氧化铈粉体的影响。并采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)、差热-热重联用分析仪(TG-DTA)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)对产物进行表征分析。研究表明,当硝酸铈和柠檬酸物质的量比为1.7:1.0,焙烧温度为300℃,焙烧时间为2h时,为最佳反应条件。此条件下,CeO2的晶粒大小约为6nm。
Nano-cerium oxide powder was synthesized by the means of combustion process using cerium nitrate as raw materials and citric acid as fuel.The effects of different ratios of reactants,calcination temperature and calcination time on preparing the nano-cerium oxide powder had been investigated.The products were characterized by FT-IR,UV-Vis,TG-DTA,XRD and TEM.The results show that the reaction condition is better when the molar ratio of the cerium nitrate and citric acid was 1.7∶1.0,the calcination temperature was 300 ℃,and the calcination time was 2 hours.At the same time,the crystalline size of CeO2 is approximate 6 nm.
