摘要
在醇水溶液中,氯化铝可有效催化靛红酸酐、芳香醛和铵盐/伯胺三组分"一锅法"合成单取代和双取代2,3-二氢-4(1H)-喹唑啉酮衍生物。产品结构经IR,1 H-NMR,13 C-NMR,质谱和元素分析进行表征。与已报道的合成方法相比,该方法具有反应时间短、收率高、实验操作和后处理步骤简单、对环境友好等优点。
2,3-Dihydro-4(1H)-quinazolinones derivatives were synthesized efficiently by a three components one-pot reaction of isatoic anhydride,aromatic aldehydes,ammonium salts or primary amines in the presence of aluminum chloride in alcohol-water solution.The structures of products were characterized by IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS techniques and elemental analysis.Compared to the reported methods,this protocol have advantages of short reaction time,high yield,simple experimental and work-up procedures,and environmentally benign procedure.
