摘要 本文简要地回顾了纺纱方法的发展,包括环锭纺、转杯纺和摩擦纺。指出在不断完善这些纺纱方法及其机器的同时,还必须努力研究新的更加合适的纺纱方法。本文提到了Kamp纺纱和碟盘纺纱这二种新的自由端纺纱方法。描写了一种新发展起来的自由端纺纱(管道纺纱)的原理及其装置。也展示了在这种新的纺纱试验机上初步试纺的结果。不仅可纺制包芯纱,而且还可以纺100%的纯棉纱。 The development of spinning methods is reviewed briefly, including ring spinning, rotor spinning and friction spinning. It is concluded that new spinning methods need to be developed, while all these existing spinning methods must be improved. As two new methods of open-end spinning, Heinz Kamp′s spinning and Disc spinning are mentioned. The principle and apparatus of an improved open-end spinning (Channel spinning) are described. The results are given of the preliminary spinning experiments on the channel spinning testing machine. Both core yarns and 100% cotton yarns were produced successfully.
