摘要
依据绩效考核的管理理论,结合企业实际,对企业绩效考核管理中所产生的原因进行分析,有力地促进了企业各项工作的提升。文章从依据考核方法、绩效管理考核特点、实行绩效考核实践效果、完善考核机制等方面,对企业的绩效工资管理进行了探讨。
According to management theory of performance appraisal, combining practice of enterprises, the author analyzed the reasons of performance appraisal of enterprises, which effectively promoted all works of enterprises. Then, from 4 aspects of appraisal methods, performance management, actual results of performance appraisal and perfecting appraisal system, the au- thor discussed performance management of enterprises.
