摘要
介绍了山西省发行基金调拨及发行库设立情况,分析了山西省发行基金调拨规划思路和方式,并对山西省发行基金调运作出规划论证。
In this paper, the author introduced situation of funds treasurer of Shanxi province and construction of issue li- brary. Then, the author analyzed thinking and methods of programming of Shanxi province funds treasurer, and discussed the programming theory.
