太原市大学生创业培训现状与对策

Status and Countermeasures of Undertaking Training of College Students in Taiyuan

针对大学生创业培训中存在的创业培训成功率低、师资水平参差不齐、机制不完善、政府执行力不强等问题,从媒体宣传、教学手段、管理机制三方面提出对策。

S1YB training was imported from foreign country by board labor, which realized ＂Three Stages Model＂, concen- trated training, investigation practice and undertaking design. Through development of SIYB training in recent years, undertak- ing training of Taiyuan college students has made excellent results. The number of training was increasing year by year. The level of training was gradually improved. In this paper, aiming at the problems of low success rate, uneven level of teachers, imperfect system and weak execution of government, the authors put forward countermeasures from 3 aspects of media, teaching methods and management system.
