复合式圆筒除尘设备及其防爆措施的分析

摘要 在纺织厂除尘系统中,粉尘爆炸将会造成很大的危害,除尘设备的防爆是目前急待解决的问题。本文探讨了国内新研制的复合式圆筒除尘设备的结构和采用的防爆措施,并进一步分析和测试了设备的性能,结果表明:该设备占地面积少、除尘效率高、耗电较省,而且同其它纺织除尘设备相比有更好的防爆安全性。文章还提出了几点建议,这对于纺织厂除尘系统的设计和设备的选用有一定的参考价值。 Dust explosion could make a great damages in dust filter system in textile mill, so the problem of explosion prevention should be solved. This paper has made a discussion about the measures of explosion prevention and structures of combined drum filter equipment which is a new domestic textile filter equipment, and its performance is analysed and tested. It shows that the equipment not only has some advantages, i.e. taking up little room, high dust efficiency, low electricity comsumption, but also is superior to other textile filter equipments in reliability of explosion prevention. The article also puts forward some suggestions, which implies a reference for chosing or designing a dust filter system in textile mill.
