通过分析体育类学科建设中存在的理论与实践教育发展不平衡的现状,论述高校体育类专业开展开放性实验教学的可行性和必要性,并就开放性实验教学的意义、教学形式、教学内容以及教学改革成果做了阐述。旨在培养学生实验能力、创新能力和实践活动能力。

Through the analysis of the existing uneven development of the theory and practice of the sports discipline construction at present, the paper discusses the feasibility and necessity of open experimental teaching, and the open experimental teaching, teaching form, teaching content and teaching reform achievements in physical education major in university are presented. It aims to cultivate the students＇experimental ability, innovation ability and practical ability.
