摘要
教师自主性研究主要从教师自觉、自愿、自律、自我控制等方面,以及教师自主与其工作压力关系进行研究。Ridgers(2002)认为自主是建立在个体尊重自己和他人的基础之上的,自主的行为是一种自愿自发的、自己选择的、自我控制的、并为之负责任的行为。
Research on teachers autonomy includes teacher' s sefi - awareness, voluntariness, self- discipline, selfcontrol and the relationship between teachers' autonomy and work pressure. Ridgers (2002) thinks autonomy is based on individual respect himself and others. Autonomy behavior is a voluntary, self- control and responsible spontaneous behaviour.
