摘要
针对学生专业教学过程中的现状,对专业授课教师与学生之间产生的相互期望与心理契约作出了新的界定;在此基础上,以学生专业素质培养中师生双方从期望状态向心理契约的演进为主线,分析了专业授课教师与学生之间心理契约的形成与实现机制。最后借用"最近发展区"理论得出结论为:通过对双方的相互期望值进行引导并促进心理契约形成,才能实现激励与约束的双重功能。
For students' status of professional teaching,the papers makes a new definition for interaction expectation and psychological contract between teachers and students;on that basis,from interaction expectation state to the evolution of the psychological contract between teachers and students in professional quality training as the main line,analyzes the formation and implementation mechanism of psychological contract.Finally the conclusion is through the mutual expectations to guide and promote the formation of the psychological contract to achieve the dual function of incentives and constraints.
