摘要
丽江旅游发展到了要提质增效的阶段。通过对丽江旅游企业的问卷调查和访谈,认识了丽江旅游企业财务管理水平现状,提出了树立财务管理的核心理念,规范财务管理制度,完善资金管理机制,提高财务人员专业素质等建议。
It is time for Lijiang tourism to improve the tourist quality.The article knows the current situation of finance management in Lijiang tourism enterprises by the survey and interview,some suggestions on how to establish the concepts of financial management,regularize financial management system,improve capital management mechanism and enhance accountant quality are proposed.
