摘要
目的建立气相色谱法测定人参中腐霉利的残留量。方法采用丙酮一正己烷震荡提取。石墨化炭黑固相萃取柱净化，气相色谱ECD检测器外标法定量。结果相对标准偏差为1．51％，加标回收率在81．6％-89．3％之间，线性相关系数为0．9999。结论本方法符合相关要求，可以用作人参中腐霉利残留的分析。
Objective To establish a Gas chromatography method for determination of residues of procymidone in Ginseng. Method The procymidone residues in the test sample are extracted wuth acetone-n-hexane （1 ＋2）. Cleaned up by passing through a graphitized carbon black cartridge. Determination and confirmation is made by means of GC with ECD detector, using external standard method. Results The relative standard deviation was 1.51%, the recovery and linear relationship were 81.6 -89.3% and 0.9999, respectively. Conclusion This method meets the relevant requirements and can be used as the analysis of residues of precymidone in Ginseng.
