摘要
分析了葡萄籽中氨基酸及矿质元素等化学成分的含量,结果表明,葡萄籽中氨基酸含量丰富,矿质元素中K、P、Ca、Fe、Zn、Mn等营养元素含量较高。抗氧化实验表明,葡萄籽丙酮浸提液对超氧阴离子自由基(O- · 2)和1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基自由基(DPPH·)均有较强的清除作用。经薄层色谱分离得到两种抗氧化组分,简单定性实验推测其中一种组分可能为黄酮类化合物,另一种可能为不饱和类化合物。
This paper analysised the chemical constituent in grape seed such as amino acids and mineral elements,The results showed that the amino acids and nutrition elements like K,P.Ca,Fe,Zn,Mn etc.are rich in grape seed.The antioxidation experiment results showed that the scavenging effects of the acetone extracts of grape seed on superoxide radical(O - · 2) and 1,1 Dipheny1 2 picry1 hydrazy1(DPPH·)are strong.Two constituents with antioxidation capability were separated from the acetone extracts of grape seed by TLC,by simple qualitative analysis,one may be flavonoid,and the other may be unsaturated compound.
