摘要
目的:了解南京市市属医院候诊室空气质量状况,为加强医院候诊室监督管理提供依据,为就诊者创造良好的侯诊环境。方法:按照《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》(GB/T17220-1998)的方法进行采样监测。根据《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》(GB/T18204.1~18204.30-2000)和《公共场所空气中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)测定方法光散射法》(WS/T206-2001)进行检测。依据《旅店业卫生标准》(GB9663-1996)进行评价,对监测资料进行分析统计。结果:温度、风速、一氧化碳、甲醛为全部合格的项目;二氧化碳合格率为98.8%;噪声的合格率为81.4%;照度的合格率为98.5%;空气细菌数合格率97.0%,可吸入颗粒物合格率为98.5%。在所监测的21家医院中,各项指标全部合格的有9家,占42.8%;1项指标不合格的为5家,占23.8%;2项指标不合格的为6家,占28.6%;3项指标不合格的为1家,占4.8%。结论:南京市市属二级以上医院候诊室空气质量总体情况较好,但部分监测指标仍存在不同程度的超标情况,应加强监督管理和日常监测。
Objective: In order to provide a good environment for the patients waiting diagnosed, a reference to strengthen the supervision and management of hospital waiting room. We should know the air quality status of Nanjing municipal hospital's waiting rooms Methods: Methods of sampling monitor according to the Detecting Technical sanitation criterion of public rooms (GB/T 17220- 1998) .methods of detecting according to The standard test method for public place (GB/T 18204.1-18204.30- 2000) and method for determination of inhalable particular matter (pml0) in air of public place -light scattering method (WS/T 206- 2001) .Based on the Hygienic standard for hotel to evaluate, and then make statistical analysis of monitoring date. Results: Temperature, wind speed, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde are all eligible projects. The pass rate of carbon monoxide , noise , illumination ,air bacterial count , respirable particulate matter is 98.8%,81.4%,98.5%,97.0%,98.5% ,respectively. Among the 21 monitored hospitals ,all the index qualified for 9,accouting for 42.8. 1 Index unqualified for 5, accounted for 23.8%.2 index unqualified for 6, accounted for 28.6%;3 index unqualified for 1, accounted for 4.8%. Conclusions: he waiting room's air quality of Nanjing municipal hospital above grade two is well overall, but some of the monitoring indicators are exceeding the standard to some extent, we should strengthen the supervision, management and daily monitoring.
