CO_2激光热处理涤纶薄膜和长丝机理研究 被引量:1

MECHANISMS CO2 LASER HEAT-TREATMENT ON THE POLYESTER MEMBERANCE AND FILAMENT

摘要 本文利用聚焦后的高功率密度CO_2激光,对涤纶复丝及薄膜进行热处理加以研究。实验结果表明:①CO_2激光在涤纶中的穿透深度与涤纶的直径尺寸相当,并且在穿透深度范围内产生极为迅速的内外同时加热作用;②对16.5tex/30F(150D/30F)的涤纶复丝进行激光加热只需热箱加热时间的百分之一,激光加热的区间长度也只有热箱加热区间长度的百分之一,相应的激光加热的升温速度比热箱加热的升温速度高1~2个数量级,冷却速度也较快;③CO_2激光经聚焦后是加热复丝等线状材料的理想加热源之一。 In this paper, by appling focused co_2 laser in the texturing processes, we find a new energy source which can heat the filament much more quickly than Heater generally used. The perforating depth of co_2 laser in the polyester memberane and the heating effect of co_2 laser in polyester filament are investigated. The temperature and filaments tension in both co_2 laser texturing and Heater texturing processes are measured and discussed. The results show that; The co_2 laser can be focused into a very small area with its diametrical size equal to the size of multi-filaments diameter and in which the power density is quite high; The perforating depth of co_2 laser in polyester filament is equal to the diameter of the filament and in that depth the co_2 laser heats the filament section at the same time; The focused high power density co_2 laser heats the multi-filaments to the temperature for texturing process in only one percent of the time needed in Heater texturing process.
