摘要
研究了工艺条件对SC-CO2萃取卵黄油的影响。通过单因素、正交试验及回归分析发现,适中的水分含量及夹带剂乙醇能提高卵黄油的萃取率。
The technical conditions on the SC CO 2 extraction of yolk lipids were studied.Through single factor and orthogonal experiments and regressional analysis,it is discoved that moderate moisture content and ethanol as an entrainer can raise the extracting rate of yolk lipids,pressure is the major operating parameter affecting its extracting rate.
