杨绛喜剧中“寄居者”人物形象分析

The two comedies of ＂In accord with one＇s wishes＂ and ＂Pretense may become reality＂created by Yangjang are reputed as the most typical representative of Chinese comedies which show the society in the contemporary and modern periods.In these two plays,Yangjang created two new women characters featured with bright personality and unique charms.They are Liqunyu in the ＂In accord with one＇s wishes＂,another is zhangyanhua in the ＂Pretense may become reality＂.The two characters have distinct personalities.Meanwhile,they also have a common feature that they are the people who all live parasitic life.Yangjiang reflected the modern city Shanghai in the 40th which was an enemy-occupied area possessed the social style which was not only modern but also traditional.The writer exposed the socity which was filled with the view that money was everything,and also expressed the precious spirit of optimism and hard working even under the circumstance of unsatisfied situation of living.She put forward the development of Chinese comedies which reflected the ways of the world in the contemporary and modern periods.Therefore;she gained her reputation in the contemporary and modern Chinese literary history.
