汉语吉祥语的修辞文化

The Ethnic Culture of Chinese Auspicious Expressions

文章从修辞选用、修辞语境、修辞功用三大方面来探讨汉语吉祥语的修辞文化内涵。谐音双关、对偶对仗、叠音、象征隐喻等修辞方法常应用于吉祥语当中,而且这些修辞又常与民俗意象、民俗文化紧密相关,从而使吉祥语生动多彩。讲究修辞,就不能脱离修辞语境,结合语境,才能使修辞发挥作用;脱离语境,则适得其反。同时,在社会交际活动中,巧用修辞也能使吉祥语发挥有效的社会交际功用。

Chinese auspicious expressions are language phenomenon of Han ethnic cultures.In the past,there are some dissertations about Chinese auspicious expressions discussing regional characteristic and cultural meanings.But this dissertation discusses Chinese auspicious expressions from rhetoric point of view,which is made up of rhetoric choice,rhetoric context,and rhetoric function.Homophonic pun,antithesis,reduplicated,symbolic,metaphor,these rhetoric methods are often used in auspicious expressions.These rhetoric methods are also related to the Folk images and Folk culture.Rhetoric cannot leave linguistic environment.Only if rhetoric combines with linguistic environment,rhetoric would play an important role.And in social communication activities,if we make good use of rhetoric,auspicious expressions will realize effective social communication function.
