摘要
利用正交试验法对土曲霉发酵生产衣康酸工艺条件进行研究,获得了较优越的工艺条件,使衣康酸得率提高到43.8g/L。
The best parmeters of technological process on the fermentation of itaconic acid by Aspergillus terrus was stuied. Orthogonal method experimental results showed that the itaconic acid production reached 43 8g/L in the optimum.
