摘要
针对模块式运梁车的工况特点,阐述了负载特性和功率的计算方法,以DCM900型模块式运梁车设计计算为例,从运梁车基本组成、各工况下的工作阻力、发动机功率及功率选配措施等方面进行了负载能力和功率分析计算,结合目前各厂家生产的发动机性能、特点以及动力传动效力进行研究,所设计的模块式运梁车实际运行结果表明:该方法确定的发动机能适应负荷的变化,安全稳定性好,保持最佳的功率利用率。
There are many differences in safety performance and running benefit among different manufacturers in producing beam transporting vehicle during the construction.Based on the characteristic of modular beam transporting vehicle in operating,this paper elaborates the load characteristic and power calculation method,and taking the design of DCM900 modular beam transporting vehicle as an example,it makes the calculates and analysis to the load ability and the power from the basic components of beam transporting vehicle,the working resistance under each operating,engine power and power matching measures.Through the research of engine performance,characteristics and the driving effectiveness from different manufacturers in recent,the designed modular beam transporting vehicle actual operating results show that the produced engine designed by this method can adapt to the change of load,have good safety and stability,maintain optimal power utilization rate.
