摘要
木薯的粗淀粉测定由国标法GB5009.9-85规定,操作繁琐,偶然误差大,重现性较差。利用淀粉具有旋光性,借鉴国标法GB5006-85谷物籽粒粗淀粉的测定方法,用制得的木薯淀粉纯品来求其比淀值,结果表明GB5006-85测定方法同样适用于木薯粗淀粉的测定,而且些方法操作简便。
The method measuring the content of crude cassave amylum is standardized by National Standard GB5009 0 85.This article utilizes the characteristic that amylunis whirl lighting,borrowing the National Standard Method GB5006 85 that measures the content of grain seeds orude amylun,to requre the ratio whirl value by pure amylun made from cassava and comes to the conclusion that GB5006 85 measuring method is also suitable to the measuring of crude cassava amylum. The advantage of this method is easy to operate and contributes to hign accuracy as well.
