摘要
指出高校服务型党组织的建设是对原有管理型、权力型、命令型党组织的变革,具有特定的理论基础与现实需求。分析了影响高校服务型党组织建设的阻梗力量,提出了消解这些阻梗力量的具体措施。
This article points out construction of university service-oriented Party changes the original Party organizations＇ type about power-oriented,command-based,and has specific theoretical basis and practical needs,and analyzes the power of resistance stems from university service-oriented party building pointing out some measures to stop the power of stem.
