供热管网变水温的减阻实验研究

摘要 主要研究了供热系统在不同温度时,清水和添入十六烷基三甲基氯化铵CTAC添加剂时减阻特性的比较。通过实验数据可以得出,在供热管网系统中添入质量浓度20ppm CTAC添加剂后最高减阻效率可达到25.7%。 This paper mainly studies the friction reduction characteristics of heating system at various temperatures,and compares the characteristics with water and the additives CTAC(Cetyltrimethyl Ammonium Chloride).The conclusion drawn from the experiment data is that the highest friction reduction efficiency can reach 25.7% with 20ppm CTAC additives adding into the heating network system.
