基于MC9S12XS128单片机的智能小车设计与实现

摘要 介绍了基于MC9S12XS128单片机的智能小车,根据小车的功能要求,实现对其硬件系统和软件系统的设计,使其利用红外传感器来检测赛道的边界黑线,通过循迹实现小车前进方向的引导,并控制电动小车的自动调整按照轨迹运动,采用基于nRF905的无线通讯模块实现小车之间的实时通信,通过PWM调速使小车快慢速行驶,使用红外测距传感器自动检测两车直线距离,防止两车发生追尾。整个系统的电路结构简单,成本低廉,可靠性能高。通过实验测量,智能小车各项指标均达到预期的设计目标。 This paper introduces the intelligent car based on MC9S12XS128 single chip.According to the car's functional requirement,the hardware and software design of the car has been achieved.By making use of infrared sensor to test racing track's boundary black line,and by tracking to realize the direction of going ahead and control the electric car drive through the track.The real-time communication between cars is realized by adopting wireless modules based on NRF905;by adopting PWM speed controller to realize the car driving in fast or slow speed;in order to prevent two cars rush by using infrared distance sensor to test the straight distance automatically between two cars.The whole system has the simple circuit structure,low cost and high reliability.Through the experimental measurement,intelligent car meets the expected design in all indexes.
