通过比较分析的研究方法,对列宁和邓小平的民主概念与社会主义的关系、民主的内容、民主的立足基础方面进行剖析,得出民主政治的发展不是一朝一夕,是一个客观的逐步发展的过程,必须在继承马克思主义民主理论的基础上,立足本国国情,不断完善并发展社会主义民主政治理论宝库,为更好地建设有中国特色的社会主义民主政治建设提供理论支撑。

After comparative analysis of Lenin＇s and Deng＇s ideals of the relationship between democracy and solecism,the notion of democracy and the ground base of democracy,the author believes the development of socialist democracy is a progressive course which must be constructed in line with Marxist theory of democracy as well as national characteristics.To provide theoretical support to Chinese socialist democracy,we must continuously improve and develop the theory of socialist democracy.
