摘要
从新富参政打乱农村基层民主政治建设原有格局、家族宗族干政彰显农村民主政治建设的复杂、农村干部的缺乏延缓基层民主政治建设的进程三个方面论述了当前农村基层民主政治建设存在的问题,并提出了具体的对策建议。
The article describes that basic level of democratic political construction of current rural basic has three problems：new rich political upset;the rural democratic politics construction pattern;family lineage stem political cause the rural democratic politics construction of complex,lack of rural cadre is delaying the process of basic level democratic political construction.This article offers specific countermeasures.
