公务员行政伦理问题研究浅探

The analysis of the administrative ethics problems of civil servants

从公务员行政伦理建设的精神、问题以及完善路径等三个方面进行分析,指出行政伦理建设的精神包括平等精神、民主精神、注重效率的理念、公平竞争以及法律精神,而公务员行政伦理建设的问题涵盖了机制、制度和行政伦理环境三方面的因素,所以中国的行政管理要发展行政伦理责任的理念,不仅是理论研究进一步深化的结果,也是行政管理发展的需要。

This paper discusses the three aspects of the issue from the spirit of administrative ethics building;problems and solutions,The administrative ethics building contains the equality spirit,the spirit of democracy,the idea of paying attention of efficiency,fair competition and the spirit of law.The problem contains three aspects of the system and the circumstances of administrative ethics.So the administration of China develops the ideas of responsibility of administrative ethics not only the result of further development of theoretical research,but also the requirement of administrative development.
