用社会历史批评的方法对威廉斯"戏剧三部曲"中悲剧人物的个体意识进行解读。着重分析了发生在社会转型期的文化变迁通过价值观冲突,信仰危机和男权主义泛滥等方式对人的思想意识产生消极影响从而导致人性悲剧的产生。本文的创新之处在于从人性局限的角度补充论证了"悲剧表达了人类要获得人格的不可摧毁的意志"这一论断。

This paper employs social-historical critic approach to focus on the individual views in three tragedies by Tennessee Williams.Conflict on values,conviction crisis and male-oriented conception are highlighted as the ways of cultural transformation on personal tragedies.This paper further demonstrates classical statement on tragedy figures in a distinctive aspect.
