摘要
通过调查饭店业务外包结果与预期的差异性来确定业务外包风险,结果显示:饭店经营者普遍对业务外包风险持有乐观态度。但现实中存在的成本、质量和关系三大风险后果将直接降低饭店业务外包的成功率,故饭店要用机会主义治理、协调和关系建立三大机制来规避风险。
In order to determine the risks of outsourcing, the author investigated the difference between the expectation and results in hotel outsourcing. It revealed that hotel managers generally held optimistic attitude toward the outsourcing risk. However, the three factors of cost, quality and relationship will directly reduce the success of outsourcing. Therefore, in order to avoid risks, hotels must build three mechanisms, namely, the opportunistic management, coordination and relationship.
