摘要 本文简要叙述了电子功函数的基本概念及其基本原理,并概括了电子功函数作为一种基本的物理分析手段在材料磨损及腐蚀方面的应用。从电子结构出发将会更微观地反映材料的基本性能。具有电子结构的材料其磨损和腐蚀行为与其电子的结构存在必然的联系。通过电子功函数来反映材料的磨损和腐蚀行为将会更深层次揭示材料在磨损和腐蚀过程中的组织结构变化的特征和本质。 The basic concept and principles of electron work function were described in this paper. And the application of the electron work function on the wear and corrosion behavior of materials was also reviewed, the work function is considered to be a basic method of physical analysis in materials, it will reflect the basic properties of materials more microcosmically in the sight of the electron. There is necessary connection between the wear corrosion behavior and the electron work function for the material with electronic structure. It will reveal the changing characteristic and the nature of the microstructure of the materials more deeply under the condition of wear and corrosion by the means of the electronic work function which will reflect the wear and corrosion behavior more actually.
