摘要
本文研究了强流脉冲离子(HIPIB)束辐照对45钢表面形貌、显微硬度及残余应力等影响。结果表明,经HIPIB辐照处理,45钢表面出现火山口状熔坑,5次脉冲处理时熔坑比较明显,试样表面也变得凹凸不平,随着脉冲次数的增加,熔坑之间会连成不规则的网状形貌且界限变得不明显,表面发生光化。试样的显微硬度随着脉冲次数的增加而提高,未辐照时,显微硬度为HV342,20次脉冲时达到HV911。经HIPIB辐照处理,试样表面产生残余拉应力,且随着脉冲次数的增加,样品表面残余应力增大,由未处理时的152 MPa提高到656MPa。
The effects of high intense pulsed ion beam (HIPIB) irradiation on surface morphology, micro hardness and residual stress of 45 carbon steel were studied. The results showed that After Irradiation, surface of the 45 carbon steel became rough and a large number of craters formed which indicate that the melting phenomenon has been occurred. The craters become more obvious after 5 pulses processing which make the sample surface rough. With the increase of pulse times, the irregular mesh shape between the craters was appeared and the boundaries became not clear which induced the surface photochemical. The micro hardness of the sample increased with the increase of the pulse times (from HV342 of without irradiation to HV911 of 20 pulsed), by intense pulsed ion beam irradiation, the residual tensile stress was produced and with the increase of pulse times, the surface residual stress was increased (from 152 MPa of without irradiation to 656 MPa of 20 pulsed) .
